Special Achievement Award: Recognizing an “unsung hero” who has worked for the organization in a capacity that increased knowledge, raised funds, brought about public recognition or furthered the education mission of the organization.
Special President’s Award: (Potential for achieving new goals and fulfilling the original purpose of NOTC, qualifies a person to receive this award.) Length of association has no bearing on the choice.
